We are Happy and Proud to offer international Shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and Islands Worldwide. It means a lot to us to provide every one of our Special Customers Great Value and Exceptional Customer Service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectation anywhere in the world. 

How do you ship packages? 

Packages from our Warehouse in Uk will be shipped by Parcel Force or other Uk postal service depending on the weight and size of the product. We also have shipping partners for international shipping. For Example, DHL, Fed Ex, UPS and etc.  

Do you ship worldwide? 

Yes. We provide shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries, we will contact you. We charge a flat rate fee of £130 for all orders placed in Europe and the rest of the World. We will only charge this flat rate charge per order. Feel free to purchase as many Luxurious Items as you desire for your Special Pet(s).  


What about customs charges? 

In regards to custom charges we are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our Luxurious product(s) you as our Fabulous Customer have agreed and consent to the order to be shipped to you and you may get a custom fee charge when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information? 

Yes, we provide a track service for all our shipping and delivery services that will require a signature. You will receive an email containing your tracking number once we ship your order. 

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”. 

For some shipping companies, for international deliveries it takes 2-7 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us, happy to help! 

Will my items be sent in one package? 

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. If you have any other questions, feel free to contact us as we are very Happy to Help.xx
