1* Post code technical error paying with Paypal?
Due to our upgraded payment page the following postcode will be displayed Y012 7HJ with Paypal purchases to the website. We will still receive your correct address details and post code to post your luxury item(s) regardless of this technical issue with purchases with Paypal. Feel free and happily pay with Paypal!

2* I have not received my confirmation email after placing my order?
All purchases will receive an instant email and our Fabulous Sales team will contact you shorty regarding your luxury purchase(s)
Please check your out box email folders, For example your junk emails folder and spam folder!
We provide exceptional customer service and we value all our customers at Fuchsia Amour. Our Fabulous Sales team will email you information on your order progress, we will notify you on confirmation with your order and including tracking information. You will be fully informed on your extravagant purchase(s).

3*Do you offer Refunds?
Yes we offer refunds at Fuchsia Amour!
If you have changed your mind on your luxury Fuchsia Amour item(s). You will have 14 days from your dispatch date to return your item(s) for a full refund. This will exclude the delivery charge.
Please return your item(s) in their original saleable condition. Unworn not damaged or marked with all the packaging this includes the free luxury gift heart shape box.
We recommend that you use a recorded postal service when returning items back to us. Please allow us 5-10 working days, for you to receive your refund. Processing time for your refund will vary depending on your card issuer to process our refund request.
Returning items after 14days Refund policy.
We will not be able to refund any items that are returned outside our 14 day refund policy. We will refund your payment on to a Fuchsia Amour Credit note which can be redeemed on our website.
4* I have received a Faulty Item?
Fuchsia Amour Luxurious items are highly quality items specially made items. On the exception of receiving a faulty item or a fault with one of our items. You can send the item back to us for a refund. Please select the faulty category on the invoice sheet. We fully inspect all our returns and faulty items.
We do not offer exchanges. You will have to return the purchased item back to us for a refund and place a new order on our website. You can also contact our Fabulous Customer service team who will be happy to assist on further information regarding a faulty item, a fault with one of our item and stock availability.
